At 22 years old, the founder of CDR represents a new generation of leadership in construction — built on energy, discipline, and firsthand experience.
While many are just beginning their careers, he has already worked across multiple levels of the industry — gaining real-world knowledge in field operations, management, logistics, and business systems.
Construction has always been part of his life. Raised in a family deeply connected to the industry, he grew up around ready-mix concrete operations, job sites, and the realities of building projects the right way. That early exposure created a deep respect for craftsmanship, execution, and the responsibility that comes with serving customers.
What sets him apart is a rare combination of hands-on construction experience and business understanding. He has worked in leadership positions managing active projects — coordinating teams, overseeing schedules, materials, quality control, and customer expectations.
The CDR Belief
